RED TENTS

The Red Tent is a safe space where Women can gather, speak their truth, be welcomed in their emotions within the warmth of the sisterhood and face their shadow self and heal their deepest wounds.

Every month at the new and full moon.​

THE PROGRAM:

• Moments of retransmission  (current energy update, etc.)

• Talking circle

• Various activities (orale reading, intuitive activities, intuitive writing, drawing, etc.)

• Meal with a little something that each women have brought to share

• Meditations

• Sound healing meditation (Shamanic drum or Tibetan bowl)

 

Every tool presented cannot be displayed during a circle. I will choose according to the energy of the group what can be used and ​enjoyed.
